The information that may be provided through the different contact forms will be incorporated into files belonging MIdentity Coaching S.L. CIF B86965951 located at Calle Luchana 28, 28010 Madrid.

The personal information will be added to files belonging to the abovementioned entity in order to process the request for information submitted, whether by means of the different forms or sent by any other means to the company, as well as to be able to manage the contracting and payment collection of the services provided, where applicable.

The object of said processing will be to manage the different business relationships between the web page users and HRbots.

The file manager has adopted the security levels for protecting personal information as required by law and has installed all of the technological means and measures available in accordance with the technology currently available to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access or theft of the personal data provided.  

The web portal guarantees a system of permits, through which the user can only access their private area. HRbots will at no time use this information for any purpose other than evolutionary maintenance of the application and the commercial relationship with the user.  

HRbots will be able to automatically collect data not considered sensitive, such as browser type, operating system used, number of visits, average time spent on the website, pages visited… Said information will be used only to measure the use of its web pages and improve their contents. Likewise, it may use cookie technology in order to automatically recognize the user on subsequent visits to the website.

The terms set forth are governed by Spanish law. HRbots, and the user, expressly waive any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled by law and expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Madrid for any conflict that may have its origin in this website.
